GREENWOOD, IND. - Freshman return specialist Charles Stefanek (Van Wert, Ohio) represented Manchester University on the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference's Player of the Week release for Oct. 1-7.

Totaling his second kickoff return for six points this season, Stefanek weaved through the Mt. St. Joseph University offense to the tune of 99 yards, sporting one of the longest returns in program history to highlight a hard-fought 49-27 loss to the tri-league-leading Lions Oct. 6. The freshman totaled two kickoff returns for 120 yards and the one touchdown, as his efforts moved him into the top 30 nationally due to averaging better than 27 yards per attempt.
